Providing high school history teachers the opportunity to explore the use of primary source documents in the research and interpretation of American History, this course presents a fascinating study beginning with pivotal events from the settlement of Jamestown to the Korean conflict and the Cold War. In unique ways, several prominent historians guide the teachers through discussions, debates, interviews and role-playing activities that can be easily adapted for teacher use in his/her own classroom.
